For orders of paper goods only, your parcel will be posted Royal Mail UK Standard Delivery First Class - £2.50

If your order is over £150 in value your parcel will be posted by Royal Mail UK Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm.

Tracked 24 and Special Delivery guarantees that your parcel will be fully tracked and insured. It will need to be signed for on arrival.

Under the 1973 Hallmarking act it is a legal requirement for silver weighing over 7.78g to have a UK recognised hallmark from one of the 4 assay offices. All items of Studio Cuckoo jewellery weighing over 7.78g will be hallmarked at the London Assay Office.

Any items of jewellery under the designated weight can be hallmarked on request for an additional charge.

Studio Cuckoo jewellery is made by Kerry Tristram and KP is a sponsor’s mark. It comprises the initials of Kerry’s maiden name from when she first registered with the Assay Office. All sponsor’s marks are individual and identify the maker.

We really hope that you are happy with your purchase but if for any reason you wish to make a return, please do so within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Returned items must be in the condition you received them in and in the original packaging. You will also need to supply the receipt or proof of purchase.

A full refund, minus postage, will be made on return of the items and will be credited back to the original method of payment. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Delivery charges would only be refundable if the items were faulty. Returns can not be accepted on any made to order items.

At Studio Cuckoo we endeavour to use sustainably sourced materials wherever possible and work with environmentally friendly companies and suppliers based in the UK.

All Studio Cuckoo jewellery is made from recycled silver, supplied in the UK.

Items are packaged in reusable cotton bags, boxes and tissue made from recycled card and paper, all sourced from UK suppliers. Items are posted out in brown postal boxes made from recycled materials.

All cards are printed on recycled FSC certified card stock in the UK. They are supplied with 100% recycled envelopes and biodegradable sleeves.

All giclee prints are printed on archival FSC certified cotton paper in the UK.
